Counselling & Therapies
Counselling & Therapies that can help you move forward and achieve your goals
Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy and Counsellors are a type of mental health professional who help you to solve problems and develop problem-solving skills by helping you clarify issues and explore your options.
Counsellors do not diagnose issues but work with you to improve your mental health, help you to understand yourself better, develop strategies and work towards your goals by assisting you to gain new insights into situations that can improve your resilience.
Counselling is a safe and confidential service and our Counsellors will spend time getting to know you, ask you questions and listen to you in a non-judgmental way.
If you are struggling with issues with relationships, money, employment or the loss of a loved one, counselling may help you to cope and find ways you can live your life going forward.
