Support Coordinators
Seeking an experienced Support Coordinator / Specialist Support Coordinator to work in our modern Mulgrave offices supporting participants to connect with and coordinate quality service providers and maximise the value of their NDIS Plan. Full Time or Part Time (between 8am & 8pm).
Plan Managers
Our Plan Management team are expanding and seeking a part time (3 to 5 hours a day between 8am & 8pm) Plan Manager to join the team at our Mulgrave office. Applicants must hold a minimum Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping Certificate and be a member of a recognised Bookkeeping or Accounting professional organisation.
Support Team
Finance Team - our finance team are seeking an experienced part time (3 to 5 hours a day between 8am & 8pm) finance assistant to join their team at our Mulgrave office. Duties are varied as our finance team manage invoicing, payroll & day to day compliance checking and validations, as well as support our Admin Team when needed.

You will be provided access to our online App for all shift allocation, shift notes and timesheets. Everything you need from policies to care & support plans is there with you on your phone.
Weekly Pay
We processes pay as quickly as possible and pay our employees on a weekly basis with pay processed by end of day Thursday each week.
Pay Rates
Your hourly pay rate is aligned to the relevant Modern Award and will depend on whether you are training, the type of shift you are working or work you are doing and the complexity of the work.
