Finding a Job

Finding a job can be a full time job in itself and can seem quite overwhelming for people. The NDIS may fund reasonable and necessary supports that can complement and support mainstream and other supports you may be able to access.

Your supports may include capacity building supports to help you discover and learn new skills, gain new experience  and increase your capability and independence at work.

You may also be able to access support to start your own business and be self-employed but need support to plan and launch your business venture or require assistance with day to day tasks or assistance with staying focused.

Where previous job or job seeking experience has resulted in trauma or injury, our employment related assessment and counsellor is also available to access through our counselling & coaching team.

Keeping a Job

Some people may need extra support at work on an ongoing basis, and you may be able to access on-the-job support where you are provided with daily, weekly or monthly help to complete your work tasks and help you stay on top of your work.

There may also be new milestones where you need additional support for short periods of time, such as when learning new skills or when things aren't going so great and you need support to speak up.

The sky really can be the limit when you have the right support around you!
