The Disability Helpline is here to help if you have a question about COVID-19 or need information due to changing circumstances

The Helpline can also offer assistance to families, carers, and support workers.
Available:
The helpline is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (AEST).
It is not available on national public holidays.
How Can They Help?
You can call the helpline if you need assistance or information on some of the following;
your support worker has not shown up for their shift
your provider has stopped services
someone close to you has symptoms of coronavirus
if you begin to feel overwhelmed or upset
anything else that may be worrying you.
you are having troubble gaining access to essential items such as food, groceries, and medications
If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, you can also call the National Relay Service on 133 677.
